The Food Book Club is delighted to welcome Stephen Harris Chef Patron of The Sportsman, Seasalter, Whitstable. Opened in 1999 and awarded a Michelin star in 2008, the Sportsman is famed for fresh fish and oysters, fruit and vegetables grown on site - a worthy winner of the title National Restaurant of the Year and best Gastropub 2016 & 2017. Stephen Harris also writes for the Telegraph Weekend.
