Celebrate love at our award-winning restaurant in Essex
Chris Galvin, along with Head Chef Daniel Lee, has created a three-course menu which includes a glass of Galvin Champagne NV for £55 per person.
Start with lobster & salt cod brandade with lobster bisque; for mains choose the Chateaubriand of Herefordshire beef, with truffle pomme purée and French beans; and for desserts enjoy buttermilk panna cotta with Champagne poached Yorkshire rhubarb.
The Valentine's menu is available 14, 15 and 16 February for lunch and dinner.
